Founder of Moss & Moon • Holistic Therapist • Intuitive Healer
Anna is the founder of Moss & Moon Wellbeing, a space for community, compassion, and conscious healing.
With over a decade of experience, she blends bodywork, energy healing, and spiritual guidance to support clients physically, emotionally, and energetically.
Offering Angelic Reiki, Crystal Healing, Chakra Alignment, Massage, Reflexology, Meditation, and Tarot — all delivered with intuition, integrity, and care.

Aisha is a degree-qualified acupuncturist (BSc, Northern College of Acupuncture, 2023) specialising in women’s health, including fertility, PMS, and menopause, as well as mental wellbeing.
Her journey into acupuncture began through her son’s healing, where she witnessed its powerful impact — inspiring a deep passion for this work, particularly in supporting children.
Aisha works with a wide range of concerns including anxiety, hormonal imbalances, fertility, chronic pain, and emotional wellbeing.
She integrates acupuncture with cupping, gua sha, moxa, and lifestyle advice to support lasting, holistic healing.

Katy is the heart behind Create Calm With Katy — a soulful offering rooted in healing, balance, and intentional care.
Through her Cleanse & Create Calm treatments, Katy blends massage, Reiki energy healing, crystal therapy, and intuitive angel number guidance to gently release blocked or negative energy, soothe the nervous system, and restore inner harmony.
Each session is enhanced with natural Weleda skincare, nourishing the body from the outside in while supporting deep energetic healing.
Katy creates a safe, nurturing space where you can fully relax, reset, and reconnect — leaving you feeling lighter, calmer, and more aligned.
Jess offers Reiki, sound baths, and energy work, creating gentle, supportive spaces for soulful self-care and deep relaxation.
Her sessions are designed to calm the nervous system, restore energetic balance, and invite a sense of inner peace — allowing you to fully switch off, reset, and reconnect.
Through both 1:1 and group experiences, Jess holds space with warmth and intention, supporting you to slow down and return to yourself.

Abi Fenton | Usui & Holy Fire® Reiki Master Teacher & Spiritual Therapist
Abi is a dedicated wellbeing therapist driven by a singular purpose: helping women reconnect with their true selves through the power of natural healing. With nearly a decade of experience working with Reiki energy and over three years as a Master Teacher, Abi brings a wealth of wisdom to the Moss and Moon community.
Her teaching style is celebrated for being grounded and supportive—balancing deep theory with hands-on practice without ever feeling overwhelming. Whether you are beginning your Reiki journey or joining her for a Spiritual Circle, Abi creates a relaxed, nurturing environment where you can access guidance through meditation, journaling, and card pulls. Jenny Phelps | Spiritual Medium & Psychic
Jenny Phelps is a gifted spiritual medium and psychic, known for her grounded, compassionate approach to spiritual development.
With years of training and experience, including study at the Arthur Findlay College, Jenny is passionate about helping others build confidence in their intuitive and mediumship abilities in a supportive, heart-led way.
From March 2026 (after 14th March), Jenny will be facilitating a Beginners Awareness Course: Intro to Mediumship & Psychic Awareness, alongside weekly open circles every Tuesday, offering a welcoming space to practise, learn, and grow within a like-minded community.

Terrariums, moss art & mindful botanical creativity
Charlotte is the botanical artist behind Botanical Moonlight Co — a project rooted in mindfulness, creativity, and gentle self-care. With experience across education, community spaces, and independent businesses, alongside a Level 3 in counselling, she creates workshops that feel grounding, nurturing, and soulful.
Her work centres around terrariums as living art — self-sustaining miniature worlds designed with intention, sustainability, and respect for nature.
Charlotte offers small, mindful workshops in terrarium-making and moss art, as well as her Botanical Café concept — a relaxed, self-led creative experience designed to inspire calm, connection, and presence.

Catherine is a British Wheel of Yoga (BWY)–qualified yoga teacher with a deep love for breathwork, relaxation and restorative practices. With over 10 years of personal yoga practice and a calm, approachable teaching style, her sessions create a safe space to unwind, soften and fully surrender.

Kelly holds space with a gentle, nurturing presence that invites women to simply be — free from pressure or expectation. Through Women in the Wilderness, she creates a safe, welcoming space to reconnect with self, nature, and inner wisdom.
Her work weaves together cacao ceremonies and drumming circles — heart-opening, grounding practices that support emotional release, deep connection, and authentic self-expression.
Together, these experiences offer a powerful yet soft space for healing, remembrance, and transformation — where every emotion is welcome, and each woman is supported to reconnect, release, and rise.

Claire and Emily are the calming presence behind the monthly Reiki & Relaxation sessions at Moss & Moon. Together, they create a deeply nurturing space designed to soothe the nervous system, restore balance, and invite true rest.
Blending Reiki energy healing with gentle relaxation practices, their sessions offer a peaceful pause from the outside world — supporting emotional release, energetic alignment, and inner calm.
Held on the last Sunday of each month, these sessions are a chance to slow down, be held, and reconnect with a sense of ease and wellbeing.

Jen is the word-weaver behind Pink Dinosaur Press, offering poetry, creative writing, and guided journaling workshops for all ages, alongside 1:1 sessions and bespoke writing services.
With a deep love for language and the energy words carry, Jen creates gentle, welcoming, judgement-free spaces where creativity can flow freely. Her work supports self-expression, healing, and transformation — helping others reconnect with their voice and honour their story.
Whether in workshops, private sessions, or meaningful writing for life’s important moments, Jen brings compassion, creativity, and a touch of magic to all she offers.
