My intention has always been to create a safe, calm, and nurturing space — a sanctuary where everyone feels seen, supported, and accepted, exactly as they are. At Moss & Moon, inclusivity is at the heart of everything I do; regardless of age, race, or gender, all are welcome here.
Through these workshops, I hope to build a community of like-minded souls walking this path of healing and self-discovery together.
Having personally navigated my own journey through anxiety and depression, and supported loved ones — including my own children — through theirs, I understand how important it is to have a gentle space to pause, breathe, and reconnect. These sessions were born from that intention: to share the practices, tools, and insights that have helped me heal over the years.
Each workshop includes a guided meditation, suitable for both complete beginners and experienced meditators alike, and is carefully designed to calm the mind, ease tension, and soothe the effects of stress and anxiety.
Come as you are, leave a little lighter, and know you are never alone on your journey.
